Once your enrolment application has been confirmed, it will be reviewed by the Enrolment Office. You will receive regular email updates regarding the progress of your application. You can also check the status of your application by logging into your account.

What does the status of your enrolment application mean?

You have not yet finalized your enrolment application, so it has not been confirmed by the Enrolment Office.

 

How to finalize your application?

- Log in to your application.

- Click on “Edit” and follow all the steps until the end.

- You can confirm your application in the “Finalization” tab.

Your file has been sent to the Enrolment Office. You will be contacted as soon as possible.

 

When will the Enrolment Office start reviewing your file?

- For European students who completed a Belgian curriculum, processing starts in June.

- For international students, processing starts in January.

 

What is the average processing time for an application?

Processing time depends largely on the complexity of the file:

- For European students with a Belgian curriculum: 1 to 4 weeks on average*.

- For international students: 3 to 8 weeks on average*.

 

(*) These timeframes are provided for guidance only and may be extended in exceptional circumstances.

Your file has been deemed incomplete. The Enrolment Office has sent you an email notification and paused the processing of your application. You have 15 days to upload the missing documents.

 

How to complete your application?

- Log in to your application.

- Click on “Upload Missing Documents”.

- Attach the requested documents.

- Processing will resume once all required documents have been uploaded.

Unable to meet the 15-day deadline?

- Contact the Enrolment Office of your campus.

Congratulations! Your application has been accepted by the Enrolment Office. A notification has been sent to you by email.

 

What to do next?

- Follow the instructions provided in the email notification.

- Move on to the next step: “Prepare for your arrival at UCLouvain.”

Unfortunately, your application has not been accepted. The reasons for this decision are detailed in the letter attached to the email notification sent by the Enrolment Office.
