UCLOUVAIN STUDENT / INCOMING EXCHANGE STUDENT / DOCTORAL STUDENT
As a UCLouvain student or an exchange student who has taken an ILV language course as part of his·her annual or doctoral programme, the most official certificate you can obtain is the 'Transcript of Records' sent by your Faculty !
However, you may attach to this document
- the course description, based on its code:
- e.g. LANGL1500 taken in 2020-21 = https://uclouvain.be/cours-2020-langl1500
- in 2021-22 = uclouvain.be/cours-2021-langl1500, etc.
- and/or a personalised / an attendance "Certificate", which you can request from your language teacher at the time, by e-mail, or if s·he is absent, from the Chair of the Department concerned (see the last menu under each language, "Our teachers").
