I'm an exchange student at UCLouvain and I'd like to take a language course at the ILV :

As part of my 'ECTS Learning Agreement', I have free access to
 

  • French course·s starting with LFRAN----
    • for 10 credits/30 (four-month period) MAXIMUM
    • for 16 credits/60 ECTS (academic year) MAX

       
  • The same ILV courses as those included in the Student Programmes of my Faculty :
    • 6 credits/30 (four-month period) MAXIMUM
    • 10 credits/60 ECTS (academic year) MAX
       

ENROLMENT PROCEDURE

 

By mid-October (1st semester) at the latest / by the end of February (2nd semester) at the latest , I confirm to the Mobility Coordinator of my Faculty at UCLouvain the language course·s included in my definitive Learning Agreement.

 

⇢ These course·s will appear in my course programme and on my Transcript of Records  

My ECTS Learning Agreement does not allow me to add language courses ?

 

Then, as a free student (additional enrolment fees !), I have access to courses in German ~ Arabic ~ Chinese ~ French as a foreign language ~ Italian ~ Japanese ~ Korean ~ Portuguese ~ Russian ~ Turkish.

 

However, I do NOT have access to English   Dutch   Spanish   Sign Language  courses.

 

ENROLMENT PROCEDURE FOR 'FREE STUDENTS'

 

♦ From 3 to 10 credits = 139,20 € ♦

 

♦ 11 credits or more = 139,20 € + 90,00 € per class ♦
(max. 20 ECTS)
