We are delighted to announce that Prof. Yann Bartosiewicz, member of the Thermodynamics and Fluid Mechanics division (TFL), has been elected Member of the Luxembourg Academy of Sciences and Arts (LASA).
This honorary distinction recognises Prof. Bartosiewicz's outstanding contributions to thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and heat-transfer modelling, and the interdisciplinary scientific perspective his research brings to the international academic community.
This distinction is a fitting recognition of his research contributions, ranging from nuclear thermal-hydraulics to two-phase flows and CFD.
