The European Journal of Human Rights (EJHR) systematically monitors developments relating to human rights within the United Nations, the International Labour Organization, the Council of Europe, and the European Union. It publishes studies on emerging issues in international and comparative human rights law and keeps its readers informed of all relevant debates across all branches of law.
The journal is bilingual and publishes contributions in French and English. Each study is accompanied by an abstract in the other language. All articles submitted for publication are subject to a double-blind peer review process, ensuring the scientific rigor and originality of the contributions.

Submitting an article
Articles in law or related disciplines addressing human rights, which are original (not previously published or under consideration elsewhere), meet the highest academic standards, and comply with the editorial guidelines (Annexes 1 and 2), may be submitted for publication to the co-secretaries at the following addresses:
