In the event of conflicts between students, between students and parents or with third parties, students can call on the Student Support Service for mediation.
Mediation aims to re-establish dialogue between persons in conflict with a view to reaching a satisfactory solution for everyone.
It is a process in which each party engages voluntarily.
UCLouvain students should not hesitate to call on this service and make an appointment.
