The Government is discussing the implementation of the EU Pillar II Directive into Belgian tax law. This Directive is the result of the Pillar II initiative of the OECD, which aims at imposing a minimum taxation at a rate of 15% in the hands of multinationals. While this initiative has raised much attention from the press, the technicality thereof remains largely unknown. During this seminar, we will discuss the implementation of the Pillar II legislation, from a practical point of view.
