Antoine Christiaens Wins 2023 René De Cooman Prize

Antoine Christiaens (Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmacoepidemiology research group – CLIP) has been awarded the "2023 René De Cooman Prize" for his work “Diabetes Overtreatment and Deprescription in Older People.” The prestigious René De Cooman Prize, presented every two years, recognizes outstanding contributions to medical science by Belgian researchers under the age of 45, focusing on fundamental or applied research involving older patients. Antoine’s researches have been conducted over the last 7 years, as an FNRS aspirant and FNRS postdoctoral researcher at CLIP/LDRI, as well as an INSERM postdoctoral fellow at Sorbonne University.
