Participants who complete the program and pass the assessments will be awarded an inter-university certificate titled “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Organizations: From Barriers to Impact” along with 11 ECTS credits. In addition to the personal value of the certificate within the participant’s training plan, the credits earned may be recognized when pursuing further academic studies in Europe, provided they are validated by the jury of the program the participant wishes to enroll in subsequently. Participants who take part in all courses without submitting and passing the final project will be awarded a certificate of participation without ECTS credits.
