- The registration fee is set at €2880. This price covers the tuition, courses, course materials, coffee breaks, and access to the campus and facilities.
- Registration is only valid upon written confirmation from the administrative manager.
- The number of participants is limited. The organizers reserve the right to close registration once the maximum number of participants has been reached or to cancel the training if there are not enough registrations.
Payment terms
- Once your registration has been confirmed, you will receive an email containing the necessary details for paying the registration fees.
- Payment must be made by bank transfer using the structured communication details provided.
- An invoice will be sent by email.
Payment deadline
- Participants are required to pay the registration fees at the latest working 5 days before the start of courses.
- Participants can request a payment plan in several installments. Please provide details on your case and contact us by email at: certificat-diversite@uclouvain.be.
- Our goal is to make this certificate as accessible as possible. Therefore, cost should ideally not be a barrier to enrollment. Please contact us if necessary: certificat-diversite@uclouvain.be.
Cancellation / Refund
- Cancellations must be sent at least 15 working days before the start of courses. In this case only, 50% of the full registration fee will be refunded. In the event of cancellation after this deadline or withdrawal after the start of the training course, the full registration fee remains payable.
- Participants who wish to cancel their registration should inform the administrative manager by email at certificat-diversite@uclouvain.be.
