Our program is structured in modules that mirror the stages of organizational change - from problem identification and a need based analyses to policy and intervention evaluations. Each module blends scientific insights with practical knowledge, co-delivered by academic experts and practitioners. You will develop a DEI policy project tailored to your organization, and be supported in this by regular feedback sessions. Success requires integrating knowledge from all modules, culminating in a comprehensive final project that also demonstrates your ability to communicate and reflect responsibly. You will present your project on the last day of this program.
