Science parks and incubators

Parc scientifique de Louvain-la-Neuve

A pioneer in science park development, the Université catholique de Louvain created Louvain-la-Neuve Science Park in 1971.

Today, as a force in regional economic development, UCLouvain has two science parks (Louvain-la-Neuve Science Park and Seneffe Science Park) and four business incubators (Centre for Enterprise and Innovation (CEI), Brussels Life Science Incubator (BLSI), Activalis and Le Galien).

Science parks

The main tenants (minimum 80%) selected and hosted by UCLouvain Science Parks are innovative companies. In addition to offering an ideal location, the Science Park Service supports the development of its resident companies through networking with the UCLouvain Louvain Innovation Network and university-company networking.

The Science Parks welcome a wide-range of innovative companies, from start-ups to multinationals, whether they seek infrastructure, land or space to rent.
