LSM is deeply committed to integrating ethics, social responsibility and sustainability in all its activities. Students' commitment to nonprofit organisations becomes mandatory for our Seminar on Relational and Managerial Competences.
According to our Competency Framework, designed as a compass in order to help our students develop specific soft skills, Prof. Pierre Meurens and Patrice Gobert are coaching them to improve their personal and professional development, communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork and leadership. Within their Seminar on Relational and Managerial Competences, the decision has been taken and approved by our Executive Committee to require from our students a mandatory commitment to any kind of nonprofit organisations (social, environment, NGO, culture, sport...).
This is one step further to help our students join the people using management as a force for good.
