The Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages and Literature, with a focus on Germanic languages, offers in-depth study of two Germanic languages among English, Dutch, and German, combined with a strong foundation in humanities, particularly in linguistics, literature, and culture. An exploration of societal issues (environmental humanities, culture and creation, gender studies, decentralized history, etc.) or a deepening of language and culture in a third language is offered in the form of targeted options.

Through a multidisciplinary curriculum, you will develop your communicative and critical analysis skills and be capable of interpreting cultural, literary, and linguistic phenomena of diverse and complex nature.
