ILV course schedule and rooms

ilv | Bruxelles Woluwe, Charleroi, Louvain-la-Neuve, Mons

Academic year 2024-2025

The 1st week (S01 16/09/24) of the first term (Q1) is reserved for

  • Exemption / placement / level tests, etc. 
     
  • INFO Sessions > with the exception of the INFO for the FLE courses (French as a Foreign Language), scheduled for the week before the start of the new academic year ! 
     
  • French courses (codes starting with LFRAN----)

ILV courses, other than LFRAN, start in the 2nd week of Q1 (S02 23/09/24).

In the 2nd term (Q2), ILV courses resume from S01 03/02/25, unless otherwise indicated. 

What is the timetable for your language course ?
Where will it take place : at the ILV or at another UCLouvain room, or both ?

Before enrolling, you can check the timetable for an ILV language course 

 

Once you've registered, you can import and personalise your timetable (add personal activities, filter activities that don't concern you, find your rooms, etc.) 

 

 

'Mon horaire' is actually 'ADE Scheduler', created by 3 former EPL students who are now Research assistants !!!

 

And because 'ADE Scheduler' has been such a hit ! with students, it has become THE official tool for consulting course timetables, intuitive and adaptable to smartphones :-)
