When can I register for the exams ?

Registration for
 

  1. the January session and its pre-session on Week 14 (Q1) ♦ from Monday 09/11 to Monday 16/11/2026
     
  2. the June session and its pre-session on Week 13 (Q2) ♦ from Monday 15/03 to Monday 22/03/2027
     
  3. the September session ♦ from Wednesday 30/06 to Tuesday 06/07/2027

 

How do I register for those exams ?

I am registered for assessments by my Faculty Secretariat ⇢ check the procedure and exact dates as they may vary from faculty to faculty !

 

However, I need to check my file via 'My studies' ► 'My student file' ► 'My registration for assessments' : 

 

  1. 1. I select the correct course·s
     
  2. 2. I modify my registration if necessary, by unchecking the box  
     
  3. 3. CLICK on 'Save and proceed to enrolment summary'
     
  4. 4. I submit my enrolment  

As a free student, officially enrolled in the course   I am registered with the ILV Secretariat for assessments :-)

 

But I need to check my file !

 

From Monday 09/11 to Monday 16/11/2026, for the January session and its pre-session on Week 14 (Q1),
 

From Monday 15/03 to Monday 22/03/2027, for the June session and its pre-session on Week 13 (Q2),
 

From Wednesday 30/06 to Tuesday 06/07/2027, for the September session,

 

I check my file via 'My studies' ► 'My student file' ► 'My registration for assessments' : 

 

  1. 1. I select the LV course (e.g. ALLE LV, ARAB LV, CHIN LV, etc.)
     
  2. 2. I modify my registration, if necessary, by unchecking the box  
     
  3. 3. CLICK on 'Save and proceed to enrolment summary'.
     
  4. 4. I submit my registration  

As a staff member of UCLouvain, I am automatically enrolled for the exams by the ILV Secretariat :-)

 

But I need to check my file !

 

From Monday 09/11 to Monday 16/11/2026, for the January session and its pre-session on Week 14 (Q1),
 

From Monday 15/03 to Monday 22/03/2027, for the June session and its pre-session on Week 13 (Q2),

What about my results ?

  • As a UCLouvain student, whatever "your profile" (regular student, IN or OUT exchange student, doctoral student, free student) :

    From the day after the deliberations, I can consult 'My studies' ⇢ 'My student file' ⇢ 'Annual programme' (see my exam marks) !

UCLouvain students : how do I register for exams ? 

Before the exam, how do I apply for an attendance mark ?

 

An attendance mark (better than an absence mark !) is equivalent to 0/20.
