Fabrice Pezet is Assistant Professor of Taxation Law at Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) where he is Deputy Director of the Master in Taxation Law. He teaches Value-Added Tax Law, Personal Income Tax Law and Environmental Taxation. His main researches revolve around the concept of tax neutrality and the functions of tax law. At the same time, he is in charge of the VAT and Indirect Taxation part of the EU Tax Law Chronicle in Revue de droit fiscal (one of the main reviews in taxation law in France).
