Schuiling’s researchesare conducted in
the area of branding strategies in the Fast Moving Consumer goods industry and
in the Luxury sector. She is also interested in the management questions
related to localisation and globalisation of marketing strategies
Schuiling has a PhD in Management Sciences (UCL) and a MBA from the University
of Chicago. She is a professor of Marketing and covers in particular
International Marketing and Brand Management topics. She has tought also in different
Universities such as HEC Paris, EDHEC Lille, St Petersbourg University and also in MBA's in Milano and Vilnius.
University , she first started her career in the business at Procter and Gamble where she worked during 12 years. She became Marketing Director Europe and Member of the
Executive committe of P&G Benelux.
At UCL, she managed different programs as Academic Director of the Executive MBA during 4 years and also responsible of
the Master program in Management Science. Her researches are focused on the
management of brands at an international level.
