Yannick Radi is a Professor of Public International Law at the Law Faculty of the University of Louvain. He was formerly a Judge at the French National Court of Asylum and a Consultant for the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. He also worked at Leiden University and the University of Amsterdam (UvA). He holds a Ph.D. and an LL.M. from the European University Institute and an LL.M. from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
Yannick is the Editor-in-Chief of the Brill Research Perspective in International Legal Theory and Practice and a Senior Editor of the Leiden Journal of International Law. He is a member of various scientific committees and research projects, especially the International Committee of the International Law Association on the ‘Rule of Law and International Investment Law’.
His areas of expertise include international legal theory and history, international dispute settlement, state responsibility, the law of treaties as well as international investment law and arbitration.
