Application procedure

  1. First, you need to check that your home university has an agreement with our Faculty of Law.

  2. Your home coordinator nominates you through Mobility Online :

    • before April 30th for an exchange during the fall semester or the full academic year ;

    • before October 31st for an exchange during the spring semester.

  3. You will then receive an email from Mobility Online with all the enrolment procedure to register to the UCLouvain :

    • before May 31st for an exchange during the fall semester or the full academic year ;

    • before November 30th for an exchange during the spring semester.

  4. You will receive an email from UCLouvain with your official letter of acceptation as well as your ID to activate your student account and access to the different certificate.
