Incoming QEM Students

Your mobility within the QEM program includes a semester (QEM1S2) or a year (QEM2) at UCLouvain/Economics School of Louvain.
Enrolment at UClouvain:
- Please complete the official UCLouvain online enrolment procedure:
- Complete the online application form available here (click on Standard Enrolment and answer the questions).
- Once the online application is completed, you will receive a confirmation from the Enrolment Office requesting that you send them supporting documents. Please follow the exact procedure and do it as soon as possible.
- At the end of the process, you will receive the "autorisation d'inscription". Don't forget to sign and send this document back to the Enrolment Office to finalize the procedure.
Your contact person at the Enrolment Office (Central Level) is Mrs. Célia Dutilleux . Your contact person at the Economics School (Faculty level) is Mrs Catherine Maréchal.
