Our English Course Units for "all Faculties" are reserved for UCLouvain Master's students only.
What are the conditions to access these courses ?
- Make sure your programme doesn't already include an English course !
- Remember that you must obtain authorisation before adding a course to your programme. Please note that English courses are NOT available outside of the programme (i.e. as a 'Free student' !).
⇢ As Programmes close at the end of October, requests to add a course in Q2 must be submitted at the beginning of Q1, even for students who are selected late to take part in an exchange programme !
- Follow the online registration procedure, step by step :
- Using the form 'Request to add an ILV Course to my PAE', obtain authorisation from the coordinator of one of the 'all Faculties' courses. You may wish to consult the coordinator to determine the appropriate level, which depends on the student's previous studies.
- Then send his·her written authorisation to the Master's Manager in the Faculty for final approval by the selection committee.

IELTS COACHING
Are you planning to take the IELTS exam ? You can take the free LANGL1900 coaching to help you prepare for the test !
As LANGL1900 is a coaching programme rather than a course, it cannot be included in the PAE. Enrolment for this coaching is therefore under 'IELT LV', entirely outside the Annual Programme.
- In Q1, the programme is primarily reserved for students from LSM.
Subject to availability, students from other faculties may also enrol in Q1. - In Q2, the programme is open to students from all faculties.
