Prabal SHRESTHA, Nepalese, is professor of sustainable finance at UCLouvain, and a member of the research department Louvain Finance (LFIN). He completed his PhD in Business Economics from KU Leuven and UCLouvain in 2020 and held a permanent academic position in France more recently. He also has a MSc degree in economics from KU Leuven and an undergraduate Finance degree from Macquarie University, Australia. His research covers entrepreneurial and sustainable finance, with a prominent focus on disclosures and communication. His recent research centers on application of natural language processing tools to examine ESG disclosures and risk communication.
