After spending 5 months at the Rotterdam School of Management, I would like to share with you the project I started to develop with Professor Flore Bridoux. Drawing on Catholic Social Teachings, we develop a religious view of the person that we suggest can help foster cooperation in organizations and address societal challenges. The project is an early stage but I would be happy to share the main ideas with you. Besides, this seminar is geared to share my experience regarding the research stay, what I learnt in a different (research) environment, and how I coped with teaching duties and funding problems.
