Login to your UCLouvain email address All messages sent by the faculty, your teachers, and the administrative services will now arrive on your UCLouvain email address. It is therefore imperative to consult it regularly. Your email address is automatically created within 24 hours after the activation of your global account. |

Send us your picture, so that we can make your access card. This card will be useful for you to access libraries, teaching rooms, car parks, etc. |

Customize your virtual desktop On the UCLouvain website, click on My UCL. You will have access to all of the University's information and to your virtual student office. There you will find the "My studies" widget to manage your academic career. You can also customize your desktop to add other useful widgets (mail, schedule, ...). |

Register for the courses you take on Moodle Accept the Moodle platform user charter to access it. You must register in Moodle to the courses you wish to take to find the online resources posted by your teachers (syllabuses, exercices, etc.). To help you, read the Moodle student manual. Please note, not all courses are on Moodle, your faculty or teachers will tell you which courses are concerned. |

Integrate the team of your courses given on Teams Log in, using your UCLouvain email address, to the application that allows you to join the Teams team for each of your courses. Can't you see your teams? Patience, your teacher will activate ut when the lesson is ready. |

Register for the courses that make up your annual program If your bachelor's degree offers you the possibility of taking a minor or if your master's program has options, be sure to register for minors or options before registering for courses. Then, based on the calendar that will be communicated to you by your faculty, register for all the courses that make up your Annual Program (PAE) so that your proposal can be examined and validated bu the Jury. This official registration is a must, don't forget it! |

Consult your schedule Check your schedules regularly to keep you informed of any changes to schedules or premises. It is also possible to build your personalized schedule using the "Schedule" widget available on My UCL. |
