Doctor of Engineering Paweł Pach - planner, urban planner, graduate of master's studies (in the field of Spatial Management) and doctoral studies at the Faculty of Architecture of the Wroclaw University of Technology. Assistant professor at the Department of Urban Planning and Settlement Processes. Owner and chief designer of the 3P PROJEKT spatial planning studio in Wroclaw. Specialist in local planning. The main designer of several dozen planning studies and in the urban style. Author and co-author of over twenty flats in urban planning, revitalization and spatial planning.

Founder (in 2003), and since 2015, one of the supervisors of the Student Scientific Association of Urban Planning CARDO functioning at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Technology. Since 2016. vice-associate dean for student affairs at the Faculty of Architecture of the Wroclaw University of Technology.
