University application procedures are not always simple. They vary based on applicant nationality, diploma origin, and desired course. Limited enrolment courses, for example (physiotherapy, speech therapy, medicine) require special application procedures, which may seem complex.
To clarify this, the UCLouvain Enrolment Office devised an online decision-tree procedure: applicants enter their nationality, prerequisite diploma country of origin, and type of desired studies, and information corresponding to their profile is immediately presented. Then they follow the subsequent step-by-step process, in French or English.
