Regardless of choice of study, applying to UCL begins online.
Do not wait until the deadline, 30 September!
Here is an overview of the application procedure:
Step 1
Go to https://uclouvain.be/en/study/inscriptions. In accordance with your degree and nationality, you will be asked to create an account through which you will be able to complete and, if necessary, modify your online application. International students may have to follow an application procedure.
Step 2
Submit your completed online application. You will receive a confirmation email from the Enrolment Office, which will contain instructions on sending your dossier by post.
Step 3
Send your dossier, which will contain documents required by the Admissions Office.
Step 4
If accepted, you will be tentatively admitted and receive a confirmation email advising you to connect to your virtual office, through which you will have access to online course material and libraries.
Step 5
Your admission is final once your dossier is validated and your registration fees are paid.
