Elie Pauporté graduated as an architect from ULB (former ISACF-La Cambre). He currently works part-time at the LOCI faculty (UCL’s architecture department) as a research and teaching assistant. As a researcher, he has been working on a PhD in the Structure & Technologies LAB unit since 2017 with Prof. L. Sgambi and Prof. Q. Wilbaux. His PhD investigates the links between raw earth constructions, vulnerability and sustainability by comparing practices in two contexts, Belgium and Benin. As an assistant, Elie has been teaching in architecture studios and experiential courses.
