Dragan Vucic

For the past several years I have gained significant experience in banking and finance, started in December 2007 from corporate banking position which included duties from approach to and negotiations with corporate clients to advisory, credit analysis and lending; continued as branch manager responsible for market positioning and profitability of branch, retail and corporate banking, credit growth, asset quality and risk management. From July 2010 to August 2012 I was in charge of performing risk based internal audit activities of all bank processes and departments, including auditing of credit, liquidity, operational, market, reputational and regulatory risks, accounting, reporting, asset and liability management, treasury, anti-money laundering, as well as audit of branches. From August 2012 to September 2014 I was in charge of managing internal audit department of the Bank in position of Chief Audit Executive, which also implied an active participation at Supervisory Board and Audit committee meetings on monthly basis.

In September 2014 I was appointed as Executive Director and Management Board member (CFO) at Komercijalna banka a.d. Banja Luka in charge of Finance, Accounting and Reporting, Loans and Savings Administration, and Domestic and Foreign Payment departments. In period from August 2016 to September 2017 I was in charge of CMO function in parallel: Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, Business Network Coordination, Marketing, and AML departments. Besides, my responsibilities as Executive Director comprise duties of Member of Liquidity, Asset-Liability and Loan Committees and different roles in internal projects. Also, in February 2014 I was appointed as the Head of Internal Audit Committee at Banks Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina and performed the position by June 2017. Equally notable is my consulting and project management experience that includes work for Governmental, NGO, Educational and Sports organizations.

I earned MSc degree in Business Administration and Economics from Stockholm University, Sweden, and BSc in Economics from University of Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The research study for the master thesis I conducted at the Graduate School of Management at St Petersburg State University in Russia. From September 2017 I enrolled at doctoral research at Louvain School of Management, Université catholique de Louvain, Louvain Research Institute in Management and Organizations (LouRIM).
