Passionate about sustainable development, CSR, knowledge management and education, I hold a Master in Business Engineering from Louvain School of Management with magna cum laude since June 2019. To broaden my perspectives and discover alternative teaching methods, I took part in academic programs in 5 European universities where I explored a variety of topics including leadership, academic writing, innovation, management consulting and business information management.
My professional experience includes a role as Student Consultant as part of the International Consultancy Project during my Erasmus stay at Rotterdam School of Management in 2018, and an internship in 2019 at Ann Eva, a start-up specialized in sustainability consulting aiming at advising and coaching businesses with the help of senior managers and young graduates.
Since September 2019, I work as a research and teaching assistant in CSR and Sustainable Development at Louvain School of Management - LouRIM. Next to my functions, I actively participate to multiple volunteering activities including the facilitation of collaborative serious games around environmental topics, such as the Climate Fresk and 2 tons. Previously, I volunteered as a Global Schools Advocate (SDSN Youth), Continuous Learning Officer (Global Women Connect) and as a member of multiple working groups advancing the integration of sustainable development and ethics in academic institutions.
My research is situated at the intersection of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and learning. In my PhD I analyze how decision-makers develop CSR knowledge and CSR practices in so-called inter-organizational communities of practice. Throughout my research, I mainly use qualitative methods such as ethnography and interviews. My main research interests are individual and organizational learning of CSR, CSR practices, employees' socially responsible behaviors, and education for sustainable development.
