Description 

The "Belgian Service Research Day" (BSRD) is a national, one-day conference organized on a yearly basis. This unique congress aims to (1) bring together Belgian scholars who undertake research in the service management field, (2) network and stimulate national collaboration, and (3) share academic knowledge. The previous edition gathered more than 35 service scholars, coming from all Belgian universities!

This year’s BSRD edition is organized by UCLouvain. The conference will be hold in the city center of Mons, in the historic building called “Ateliers de l'UCLouvain FUCaM Mons”.

Call for presentation and registration

About 8 research presentations will be scheduled throughout the day.

Regardless of experience, all service researchers are invited to present and/or to attend.

For the sake of organization, we kindly ask interested service scholars to register and let us know whether they would like to present, preferably before end of February at the latest.
