Margherita Bussi est titulaire d’un doctorat en sciences politiques (Université de Genève). Ses intérêts de recherche portent sur les politiques de protection sociale, du marché de l’emploi et leurs processus de mise en œuvre. Elle est actuellement Post-doctorante dans le cadre du projet ERC - QUALIDEM. Avant de joindre l'UCL, elle a travaillé à l'Institut Syndical Européen (ETUI), dont elle est actuellement chercheuse associée, et à l’Université de Brighton au sein du projet H2020- NEGOTIATE sur la précarité de l’emploi des jeunes en Europe.
