You will receive an email acknowledgement of receipt for each application you submit.

Main selection stages 

  1. Once you have submitted your application, the recruitment officer will contact you if your profile is among those chosen for a prospective interview.
  2. Before the interview, you will be asked to complete an online personality questionnaire, the results of which will be discussed during the interview with the recruitment officer.
  3. An initial interview is held with the recruitment officer.
  4. If the first interview is positive, a second interview is organised with the department head.
  5. If you apply for a permanent university level (master’s or above) management post and are selected after the second interview, you will be invited for an interview with a Selection Committee made up of UCLouvain authorities.
  6. You will be notified of the final decision after a full analysis of your application and interviews.
