A welcome session is organized by the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at the beginning of the academic year to welcome the exchange students.
The administrative coordinator informs the exchange students individually by email of the place and time of this welcoming session. It is an opportunity for them to meet the members of the International Relations Committee and the UCL students who have studied abroad during the previous year. During this welcoming session, the exchange students have the opportunity to make a quick visit of the auditoriums, the library, the test library, and the computer rooms. They are given useful information about academic life in the faculty as well as about the many cultural and sports activities organized for exchange students by various project kots and student associations.
