Personalizing treatments
Several research groups of our institute aim to identify the genetic, environmental, physiological and psychosocial factors that contribute to the development and progression of complex and multifactorial neurological and psychiatric diseases. Such approaches aim at developing precision or personalized medicine approaches in which treatments can be tailored to the biopsychosocial characteristics of each patient.
