During the last 30 months, the INBR brewing team, under the supervision of Prof. Sonia Collin, has written a 2-volume “Traité de brasserie” (published by Dunod).
The 18th Chair de Clerck is being organised to mark the launch of these books.
7 speakers, award ceremony, visit of the new lab and beer tasting are on the program.
