Rodent facility

The rodent facility is organized as a conventional animal facility and contains :

  • seven rooms dedicated to breeding and rearing,
  • one room for experimental procedures,
  • one room for quarantine.

Each room is equipped with 3-4 racks with conventional open cages.
The facility has the capacity to house a maximum of 1000 rodents.

Mainly housing mice, the facility currently has approximately 25 unique transgenic lines used for fundamental and translational research in developmental biology, neurobiology, inflammation and oncology.
