Congratulations to Marine DE RIDDER, LouRIM!
Marine DE RIDDER won the award the best poster at the DSM PhD Day on May 21th, 2019. She receive a 200 € prize from Prof. Manuel KOLP, President of the Doctoral School of Management.
Marine’s research aims at identifying characteristics and major issues related to dialogue in “liberated firms” following a work debate spaces approach. The main research questions of the project focus on “What are the prevailing regulations in work debate spaces in so-called liberated firms?” and “How does it reveal and transform the effort convention in those spaces?”. The project is conducted under the supervision of Prof. Laurent TASKIN.
