We introduced GestMan, a web application to MANage the acquisition and the design of stroke-GESTure datasets. Stroke-gestures can be used to interact with a computer system, e.g., when you "pinch" the screen of your smartphone, you can "zoom in" or "zoom out" on its content. Using our online tool, these stroke-gestures can be acquired with a touch-sensitive screen, a mouse, a 3-D touchpad or a webcam. These gestures can be visualized, saved on the cloud, grouped together or reused to form datasets and modified in orientation, scale, and position. Therefore, GestMan enables practitioners to process, analyze, classify, compile, and reconfigure sets of gestures to fit the requirements of their interactive systems. Finally, the application implements five software quality characteristics of the ISO-25010 standard and employs a new mathematical formalization of stroke-gestures as vectors to support efficient computation of various gesture features.
