On December 6 was released the book Vers un management humain? under the direction of Laurent Taskin, as a result of 8 years of research within the LaboRH Chair. On this occasion, ScienceToday, the UCLouvain scientific popularisation website, devoted an article about this chair.
The LaboRH Chair was founded 8 years ago by Prof. Laurent Taskin. This chair is a collaborative research and innovation laboratory in the field of human resource management and work transformation, considered as a unique entity at UCLouvain. Indeed, it brings together minds that do not necessarily have the habit of collaborating: the academic world and the business world. That is the particularity of this chair: converge field questions and researcher answers, and have a concrete impact beyond research.
