The Logistics & Accommodation Office collects, handles and keeps your personal data in the exclusive purposes of the treatment of your file.
Your datas are handled according to the applicable legislation regarding to privacy (law of December 8th, 1992 concerning the protection of the private life towards the personal data processings and Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of April 27th, 2016 concerning the protection of the physical persons towards the personal data processing and concerning the free circulation of these data, and repealing the directive 95/46/CE).
These treatments are based on the agreement existing between you and our Service.
The data which we handle are never passed on to third parties and are preserved for the duration necessary for the execution of the contract.
According to regulations in force, you have an access to the data which concern you as well a right of correction and a right of erasure.
