The traditional welcome day for international students who arrive at UCLouvain for the second term will be this Friday, 31 January, in Louvain-la-Neuve.
From 11 am to 3 pm, students are invited to learn about various university departments by browsing the stands set up in the auditoires Socrate. They will get acquainted with the Student Support Service, the Sport and Fitness Service, UCLouvain Culture and the Language Institute. Also present will be university-related non-profit associations such as the International Student Coordination Office (CGEI), the Centre Placet, Musée L and Inforville.
Finally, two kots-à-projet (theme-based student accommodation), Kot ardoise and Kot Erasmus, as well as the Louvain-la-Neuve branch of the Erasmus Student Network (ESN), will be present.
Various activities will take place, such as tours of Louvain-la-Neuve and creative workshops.
