Administrative information and specific statuses

• Access to the platform: access to the offers is strictly reserved for students whose enrolment and payments with UCLouvain are in order. At the start of the academic year, there may be a delay between the regularisation of your administrative situation and the activation of your access.
• Students from outside the European Union: your right to work is directly linked to the validity of your residence permit. For the precise rules, see the Infor Jeunes page on specific statuses.
• "Les priorités job" (job priorities), a support to fund your studies: if you have to fund your study costs yourself, our social work team is at your side. By making an appointment with a social worker, you can submit a request for priority access to suitable jobs. A contact person will then handle the follow-up between you and the employer.
• Student solidarity: if you are experiencing difficulties or looking for support from other students, the Assemblée Générale des étudiant·es de Louvain (AGL – Louvain student general assembly) is also there to inform and support you.

Your rights and obligations (legislation)

You are no doubt asking yourself some practical questions about your situation:
