For social support applications, here is the single link to the online form where you can attach the requested documents directly at the very end.
If you are enrolling at UCLouvain for the first time, you must first wait until you have your username and password in order to log in to the online form. This online application does not exempt you from making (or renewing) an appointment with your social work team.
