Protocols are being developed for surface, intracellular, intranuclear (immune) staining and functional analysis in murine and human species.
Main equipment
The CYTOFLUX Platform is equipped with two analysers and a cell sorter for cell separation as well as a tissue dissociator to obtain a single cell suspension before cell staining.
- GentleMACS, dissociator with heaters (new acquisition in 2019)
- FACSCalibur, analyser, two lasers, four fluorescences ;
- FACSCantoII, analyser, three lasers, eight fluorescences ;
- FACSAriaIII, cell sorter, four lasers, sixteen fluorescences ;
- Analysis station equipped with FACSDiva, FlowJo, FACSkin and R software.
