- Generation and use of mouse lines subject to prior approval by the concerned university ethics committee

- injection of DNA into fertilised oocytes
- injection of genetically modified embryonic stem cells into blastocysts
- implementation of the state-of-the-art CRISPR-Cas9 technology
- Creation of conditional knock-out mice and targeted mutations as well as insertion of knock-in cassettes
- Cryopreservation and cryopreparation of mouse sperm
- Transfer of sterile embryos.
