Application

Once you receive an e-mail confirming your nomination, you should then gather the following documents for your application:

1. Your complete EPL Admission Form

2. A photocopy of identity card (for Europeans) and/or passport (for non-Europeans) (properly scanned)

3. A Learning Agreement signed by the student and the academic coordinator of the sending institution. For T.I.M.E. double degree programmes, please use the T.I.M.E. Learning Agreement, which will allow you to establish your study programme over the two academic years. For other joint degree programmes, please use the usual learning agreement provided by your home institution. Note that the person at EPL who will sign your Learning Agreement will be your EPL academic supervisor and not the EPL International mobility coordinator.

4. An official transcript of records of all previous years in higher education as well as the list of courses currently followed. NB: To be official, the document must include an identification code which allows the authenticity of the document to be verified OR the signature and stamp of your home university.

5. A language proficiency certificate for English (see language requirements at: English-taught courses at EPL)

Important:
Please do not merge these 5 documents. They must be in pdf format.
Please rename your documents as follows:
- SURNAME First name_EPL Admission Form
- SURNAME First name_IDCard or SURNAME First name_Passport
- SURNAME First name_Learning Agreement
- SURNAME First name_TOR
- SURNAME First name_English certificate and/or SURNAME First name_French certificate

Note that the final decision regarding the acceptance of your application will by made by Louvain School of Engineering, after a full review of the application files by the EPL academic supervisors. This means that you will only get your admission authorization once your EPL academic supervisor has approved your complete application file.

Deadline

Your complete EPL application file must be sent to epl-jointdegrees@uclouvain.be by April 16!

What happens after you submit your application?

You will not receive an automatic email confirming receipt of your application email.
The EPL international mobility coordinator will reply to your email once she has checked all the documents included in your application file. Be patient.
For information, it takes up to 4 weeks to process each complete application file.
