His research interests include corporate strategy, the shareholder value model of corporate governance, institutional theory, and applied econometrics.
He holds a PhD in strategic management from HEC Paris. Previously, he was on the faculty of the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. He was also an Arthur Sachs Fellow at Harvard University and a Visiting Professor at Paris-Dauphine University.
Guilhem teaches courses to bachelor, master, PhD, and executive audiences. His teaching specialties include advanced strategic management, applied econometrics, corporate strategy in Europe, and organizational theory and dynamics.
