Guilhem is a tenured Assistant Professor of Strategic Management in the Department of Strategy and Organization. Prior to joining Louvain School of Management, he worked at the Rotterdam School of Management – Erasmus University and was a Visiting Scholar at Harvard University. He received a PhD in Strategy from HEC (Paris). Guilhem’s research and teaching focus on Strategy and Corporate Governance. He received the SO!WHAT Best Article Award for Scholarly Contribution from Strategic Organization!, was a runner-up (Honorable Mention) of the Strategic Management Society’s Best Conference Paper Prize, and laid in a paper published in Journal of Management Studies (also available here) the foundations for a tractable theory of intermediate conformity social norms.
