When should I apply?

This calendar shows the dates you need in order to apply. These dates vary according to your nationality and the type of application. Each point in the profiles mentioned are requirements, and all of them must be met in order for the given deadline to apply in your case.

Before sending your enrolment or admission application, make sure you have all the required documents. If the two tables below do not display properly on your screen, you can download them in pdf format.

General deadlines

Late enrolments

If you have an eligible Belgian qualification or diploma, you normally have until 30 September to submit your application. After this deadline, you have to go through a special procedure: late enrolment. Here's what you need to know about this procedure:

Who qualifies?

applicants who are not already enrolled at a higher education institution in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation;
applicants holding an eligible Belgian qualification or diploma.

When and how do you submit your application?

From 1 October to 31 October inclusive

The application is analysed by the faculty, according to the timetable set by the faculty.

Via the re-registration module (accessible via your virtual office) if you were registered at UCLouvain the year before the year of application.
Via the online registration procedure if this is your first registration at UCLouvain.

From 1 November to 15 February inclusive
